Summer Running Conditioning Program
Get ready for the fall cross country season with The St. James Running Program—designed for athletes of all skill levels. Whether you're just getting started or aiming for elite performance, our program offers tailored training to meet your goals.
- Build endurance with workouts aimed at enhancing performance for fall cross country and overall athletic development.
- Participants are grouped by age and ability to ensure a supportive, personalized environment.
- Each practice includes warm-ups, interval workouts, and cool-downs.

STJ Academy
The St. James Performance Academy is an innovative college preparatory program designed to provide unparalleled development opportunities for dedicated middle and high school student-athletes in a tailored learning environment.
We are proud to announce Maurice Hutton as the new Director of Track & Field, leading the Academy's competitive running program. Hutton's coaching philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach, balancing technical skill development with mental preparation, leadership, and academic success.

About STJ Running
The St. James Running program is designed to help athletes from all sports improve their speed and endurance to perform at their peak.
Our Winter program specifically prepares the athlete for Spring Track season, while the Summer program focuses on longer distances to get the athlete ready for Fall Cross Country. Join our run program to elevate your training and reach your goals! Cross Country is a great compliment to any sport that also requires running or endurance.
