The St. James Performance Academy Gymnastics Invited Practices provide an opportunity for gymnasts to work with our coaches and be assessed for The St. James Performance Academy Gymnastics program. Gymnasts will work across all 4 apparatus with our Academy Head Coach and then join practice with the appropriate USAG level.

Participants should come prepared in proper athletic attire (including grips, if necessary) and be ready to participate in a structured evaluation and practice session with our coaching staff.

The St. James will host the 5th Annual Spring Survivor Showdown Tournament over a two day span. Teams will play pool-play games on Saturday, May 16th and bracket play on Sunday, May 17th.
