Youth High Performance - Springfield

This off-season strength and conditioning program is an ideal learning environment for athletes who want to increase strength, power, and improve athleticism during the off-season period. The program will focus on how each athlete can develop lacrosse-specific skills and habits related to core physical strength, power, speed, agility, and quickness.

Summer Performance - Hockey
This off-season strength and conditioning program is an ideal learning environment for athletes who want to increase strength, power, and improve athleticism during the off-season period. The program will focus on how each athlete can develop hockey-specific skills and habits related to core physical strength, power, speed, agility, and quickness.

A world-class, off-season strength and conditioning program designed for emerging young adult athletes, ages 17-24. This holistic program includes expert coaching in mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Participants will work with certified professionals to improve their strength, speed, agility, power, and overall athleticism during the off-season.
