Performance Training Programs
Our tailored, age-appropriate High Performance Training Programs are designed to maximize athletic performance, recovery, and mental fortitude. Open to youth, high school, and adult athletes, these programs are available in Springfield and Bethesda.
Springfield - Youth High Performance
The St. James provides a world class, premier high performance training facility and program delivered by certified experts in human performance optimization and athletic development. Through a comprehensive, team-driven approach to achieving measurable results, clients work collaboratively with TSJ team members to maximize their potential in sport, health and personal wellness.
Youth HIGH PERFORMANCE (ages 11-14)
+ “Learn to Train”
+ Fun, educational, and engaging athletic development programs that enable growing athletes to develop the knowledge, strength, and skills they need to improve and compete
+ Develop speed, agility, balance, body control, coordination and learn strength training technique
+ Periodic performance testing
+ Mindset and nutrition guidance included to enhance development

+ Address limiting factors to performance
+ Periodic performance testing and progress monitoring
+ Mindset, nutrition, and recovery support
