About STJ Running
The St. James Running program is designed to help athletes from all sports improve their speed and endurance to perform at their peak.
Our Winter program specifically prepares the athlete for Spring Track season, while the Summer program focuses on longer distances to get the athlete ready for Fall Cross Country. Join our run program to elevate your training and reach your goals! Cross Country is a great compliment to any sport that also requires running or endurance.

Running Conditioning Program
The St. James Winter Running Conditioning Program is designed to develop athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to elite runners. Participants will be organized into age and skill-specific groups to ensure tailored training. Running enhances performance in various sports that require endurance, making this program beneficial for all athletes.

K thru 8th Grade, Co-Ed
Schedule
- Sundays, January 12th - March 16th
- 7:30 AM-8:45 AM
