About STJ Running
The St. James Running program is designed to help athletes from all sports improve their speed and endurance to perform at their peak.
Our Winter program specifically prepares the athlete for Spring Track season, while the Summer program focuses on longer distances to get the athlete ready for Fall Cross Country. Join our run program to elevate your training and reach your goals! Cross Country is a great compliment to any sport that also requires running or endurance.

Spring Track Program
Designed to develop athletes of all skill levels, The St. James Spring Track Program offers tailored training for everyone, from beginners to elite runners. By grouping participants by age and ability, the program fosters a supportive and personalized environment that enhances endurance, speed, and overall athletic performance—skills beneficial for various sports.

K - 8th Grade
Schedule
- Tuesday, April 1st - Sunday, June 1st
- Tuesdays - 6:00 PM-7:15 PM
- Sundays - 7:30 AM-9:00 AM
