Join us for a star-studded schedule of games for one of the nation’s premier high school basketball showcases, The St. James MLK Classic. Over thirty of the top girls' and boys' high schools in the DMV will face off in a weekend of instant-classic competition complete with cultural experiences celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Catch the action in person or via livestream to witness the next generation of basketball greats. Games will be broadcast by BallerTV and Monumental Sports Network.

History In The Making

The St. James MLK Classic is more than a basketball tournament. In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we integrate court insights with worldly inspiration from real-life community leaders.

Teams will travel to Washington D.C for a private tour of the National Museum of African American History and Culture, punctuated by visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. Back at The St. James, motivational speakers impart life lessons the players will not soon forget.
